Gryt Agent Bench · Zachary T. Lewis Book intro call

Gryt Agent Bench

Hand three recurring jobs to AI agents in 10 business days.

A small, supervised AI staff built inside the tools you already pay for. It handles follow-up, pipeline and proposals. Agents draft, your people approve, and nothing goes out without a human.

For owners and executives of 5–50 person companies. Dallas–Fort Worth and remote.

Who it's for

Built for leaders who are the bottleneck in their own business.

Follow-ups slip, proposals wait for the weekend, and the CRM is out of date. You already pay for an AI subscription, and it still isn't doing any of the work.

  • Owner-led professional services firms

DFW CPA, insurance, wealth, commercial real estate and staffing firms with heavy inbox, follow-up and document workloads.

  • Veteran-owned and small defense contractors

GovCon teams that need capture and proposal work done faster, with a person approving everything that reaches the government.

  • Fractional executives

Leaders who sell their own time and want every client meeting prepped and every deliverable drafted for them.

The work

Pick three jobs. We move them off your plate.

Each agent has one named job. It drafts, sorts and reports. Your team reviews and sends.

  • Inbox and follow-up deskTriages the shared inbox, drafts replies and follow-ups, and flags anything waiting on you.
  • Pipeline deskKeeps CRM records current after calls, writes a one-page brief before each meeting, and nudges stale deals.
  • Proposal and capture deskTurns notes into first-draft proposals, SOWs and capability statements. For GovCon firms, a daily opportunity scan with a bid/no-bid brief.
  • Monday operator reportOne page on pipeline, cash in, open loops and what the agents did last week.

How it works

From first call to live agents in three steps.

  1. Diagnose

One 60-minute session to find where your time goes. You get a written plan, the first three jobs and a fixed quote within 3 business days.

  2. Build

Over 10 business days, three workflows go live in your accounts, tested on real work with you, with runbooks and a recorded team training.

  3. Run

A Monday report shows what the agents did. Two weeks of tuning are included, and optional Upkeep keeps it improving month to month.

Two rules on every engagement. Agents draft and people send: nothing reaches a client, the government or a bank without a human approving it. And secrets stay in the vault: credentials live in your password manager, never in prompts, documents or chat.

FAQ

Straight answers.

What if the Diagnostic isn't worth it?

If you don't think the written plan was worth $500, say so within 7 days and you get a full refund. You keep the plan. If you go ahead with a Build, the $500 is credited toward it.

How long does the Build take?

10 business days from kickoff to go-live, followed by 14 days of tuning. If the three agreed workflows aren't live and in use by business day 15, work continues at no extra charge until they are. If you'd rather stop, the second 50% payment is refunded and you keep everything built so far.

What happens to my data, and who has access?

Everything runs in accounts you own. I work as an invited user, and you can remove my access at any time in one step. Credentials stay in your password manager and are never pasted into prompts or documents. We test on non-sensitive work first, and every outside-facing action waits for a person on your team to approve it.

Do I need to buy new software?

Usually very little. We start with what you already pay for, such as Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace and your CRM. Any new subscription is named and priced in the Diagnostic before you commit.

Will this replace my staff?

No. It takes the repetitive drafting and sorting off your team so they spend more time with clients. It is not a chatbot on your website and not a software license.

Do you work outside Dallas–Fort Worth?

Yes. Engagements run remotely, and DFW clients can meet in person.
